How long have you worked for R&B?

22 years 7 months.

What does a normal day in the role involve?

Looking after Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Stock Received, bank payments/Accounts, monthly reports for Accountants and generally keeping accounts in order.

A bit of Insight on your career so far did you work in Construction before? If not, what did you do prior joining R&B?

I have only had six jobs in my working career and before I joined R&B I worked for a farming company in Telford, in general admin rolls, Reception and in the Grain & oil seed rape department. inputting info on a computer system, general admin duties…. Also making lots of tea and coffee for everyone, Just like I do at R&B!!!

What is your favourite thing about the company?

The general friendly atmosphere in the office, and kindness and sincerity shown to me , by Ian and James.

What is your perfect weekend?

Just chilling and spending quality time with my family.
