How long have you worked for R&B?

I joined R & B in April 2023 so have been with the company 15 months.

What does a normal day in the role involve?

Working in a team to process any orders that come in especially next days & collections. I’m feeling more confident with codes and using the system and working to the best of my ability, Putting the orders onto UPN ready for transport and printing the labels for the pallets. Answering any questions and sending pods over to customers when requested & filing. If possible we like to start the the next day all up to date.

A bit of Insight on your career so far did you work in Construction before? If not, what did you do prior joining R&B?

I haven’t worked in construction before. I did complete a NVQ in business admin. Prior to       joining R & B I worked as a deputy manager for Ryman for 11.5 years.

What is your favourite thing about the company?

My favourite thing about the company is that we are a great team and that you get treated         as a person and not just a number and valued as an individual.

What is your perfect weekend?

My perfect weekend consists of spending time with family and friends and following my local non league team across the country creating memories.
