EU/UK RUSSIAN MATERIAL BAN

In a response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the UK Government has imposed, effective from 30^th September 2023, a range of sanctions measures which may prohibit the import into the UK of any iron and steel product defined under specified criteria within the comprehensive and complex regulations therein.

R&B UK JT Ltd can confirm that documentary evidence is in place from their portfolio of Global suppliers to confirm that no raw materials originally emanating from Russia have been utilised in the manufacture by any 3^rd party producer for goods imported by this company into the UK or delivered to any of our various Export clients in Europe and the Middle East.

We continue to be fully compliant with all HMRC requirements for all commodities imported into the UK and remain proactive in ensuring that all of our clients can remain comfortable in the knowledge that there will be no supply chain sanctions issue to consider.
