Just over a year.

What does a normal day in the role involve?

Speaking to current and new customers. See how we can help with a range of products. Helping support enquires when needed. Also I look after the SEO and social media.

A bit of Insight on your career so far did you work in Construction before? If not, what did you do prior joining R&B?

My work history is varied, when school came to an end I got into plastering for a good few years. But having been a avid rugby player and interested in fitness, I started working in a gym as the gym manager and Personal trainer. Having been made redundant I then went to University to study Sports Performance and Coaching which lead me to working for the RFU coaching across all levels of the game. However I then found myself selling acoustic solutions as my first real job. However after covid I went back to Health and wellbeing working for the charity Mind. Then the opportunity came to work for R&B and have not look back since.

What is your favourite thing about the company?

Its great working for a company that really looks after you and let you have input in the business. Also the team is great and have been very helpful and supportive and most of all they always up for a laugh.

What is your perfect weekend?

Off adventuring with my little family.
